Neha Gupta, a Thought Leader, Innovator, and Entrepreneur with 20 years in the business of fashion, inception of the first-ever global business-focused platform for the fashion industry worldwide with E4FConnect where the ecosystem will help fashion business owners from diversified workstreams come together under one umbrella and build their new success stories, opportunities roadmap for making decisions that align with their company’s philosophy and objectives
Experienced in all aspects of business formation, operation, finance, and management. Started my journey as a fashion designer, working with an export house to hold exhibitions, working with fashion brands to grow their market place and running a multi-designer store with more than 250 designers under one roof in the name of Silhouette.
An ambitious business leader with a Vision to unite the fashion industry optimizing the vehicle of business exchange and expansion channels, where business owners meet and enable growing businesses of each other. A firm believer in sustainability and a Co-founder of E4FResurrect she is the driving force to enable the fashion industry to divert textiles from landfills to a much more productive way.
As a Founder, Neha will largely focus on establishing the company growth strategy in developing and nurturing the business and overseeing the strategic direction of the organization.

A Versatile, Competent Global Technology Leader, Vinit helps business entrepreneurs to build and grow their digital presence in India & across the globe, Accomplished and goal-oriented professional with a track record of achieving sustained business results in all aspects. With many accolades on his turf, he has designed and developed Freedom Guru, an App on guided meditation by Sage Robbins, Conceptualized and tech-powered the Loyalty program for mechanics of Mahindra Farm Division in Tier 3 and remote villages of India, designed and developed SAFECITY, a platform to report gender-based violence for the Red Dot Foundation
He has headed the Mumbai region for Rotary’s youth organization for 2011-12 and with a vast body of Infrastructure, Cloud & Digital Platforms experience, Vinit brings 13+ years of diversified expertise in understanding the business and its operations. He has enabled the strategic IT Architecture & Implementation of the required actions which enable the business to grow and progress faster, with an expanded customer base globally.
With an aptitude to delve into disruptive technologies and help businesses craft a technology roadmap and help business owners use technology to their advantage. Enterprise Compute Organization to help drive overall service delivery. He has been serving clientele from the UK, the US, Australia, Dubai, Singapore, and other geographies.
He is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, and developing technology-driven policies, and technology assets that yield a competitive advantage to create an impact for the E4F Connect value creation across various business portfolios.
