Our refund policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since purchase of any form of our service, then the refund is not applicable.

Incase of membership fee or guest registration charges; it is none refundable in nature. 

Incase of event registration fees or charges; refund is applicable as per the terms of the event and as applicable on the status of the event.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Any form of Gift cards
  • Downloadable training products

To complete your refund (if any), we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
